About Cloudnetservices

A Kwun Tong practice focused on construction cost audit and claim tracking.

Origin

Cloudnetservices began as a small cost-audit desk supporting employers who needed interim claims checked before certification. The work stayed local to Hong Kong construction — bills, dayworks, and variation files — rather than spreading into unrelated advisory lines.

Mission

We give owners and contractors a clear reading of construction cost positions while the works are still open to correction. Reports cite documents a quantity surveyor would recognise, not abstract scorecards.

How we work with clients

Engagements are led by auditors who have measured on site and priced variations under common Hong Kong contract forms. We agree the claim window, the sample depth, and the delivery date before document intake begins. Clients retain control of negotiation; we supply the reconciled figures and the questions that still need answers.

Values in practice

  • Document discipline — every adjustment points to a source.
  • Site honesty — we walk the works when paper and reality diverge.
  • Clear limits — we say what an engagement will not cover before fees are agreed.
