Fee guidance for construction cost audits and claim reviews — informational only, not a checkout.
Pricing follows the size of the claim file, how many packages need sampling, and whether site access is straightforward. Figures below are starting points for planning; every engagement receives a written fee proposal before work begins. No payments are taken through this website.
Full construction cost audit

A 30% deposit reserves the audit window. The balance is invoiced when the final report is issued.
Progress claim review
From HK$28,000 per interim claim for a desk review of one payment application. Add a site walk when quantities are contested — priced as a half-day or full-day attendance.
Variation order audit
HK$9,500 per auditor-day, or a fixed pack fee when the instruction list is defined in advance. Pack fees are confirmed after we see the register length.
Final account settlement support
Fixed fees from HK$120,000, rising with the number of open variation heads and whether a facilitated settlement meeting is included.

Deposits and cancellation
Deposits hold diary time. Cancellation and refund terms are set out on our refunds page. Rescheduling with ten or more working days’ notice usually transfers the deposit to a new window.
