Progress claim review

Purpose

When an interim certificate is due and the commercial team wants a second pair of eyes, we review one progress claim against the previous certificate, the bill, and available measurement evidence.

• Line-by-line comparison with the prior claim
• Flagging of abrupt quantity jumps and unapproved variation inclusions
• Short memo of recommended holds and questions for the contractor

Not included

Full forensic reconstruction of the project ledger, or attendance at payment meetings unless separately booked.

Delivery

Most reviews return within five to ten working days after we receive the claim pack. Fees start from HK$28,000 per claim depending on bill length and number of packages.
